We collect as little data as possible. Here is what, why, and what your rights are.

1. Data controller

CasinoKompasset (casinokompasset.dk) is the data controller. Contact: kontakt@casinokompasset.dk.

2. What we collect

When you use the contact form we store your name, e-mail, topic and message. We also store your cookie choice in a cookie in your browser. Server logs may briefly contain IP address and browser type for security.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use contact form data to answer your enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Analytics and marketing cookies are only used with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Retention

Enquiries are deleted no later than 12 months after the matter is closed. Cookie choices are kept for 12 months.

5. Recipients

We do not sell your data. We use a hosting provider that processes data on our behalf.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
