Good habits
Set a budget
Decide in advance what you can afford to lose, and use the casino’s deposit limits. Every Danish casino must offer them.
Set a time limit
Take breaks, and stop when time is up — whether you are winning or losing.
Don’t chase losses
Never try to win back lost money by playing more.
Never gamble with borrowed money
Only play with money left over after your fixed costs.
Warning signs
- You gamble more than you planned
- You borrow money or sell things to gamble
- You hide your gambling from family and friends
- You feel restless or irritable when you are not gambling
- Gambling affects your work, studies or relationships
Under 18
